1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any bv998 Services. bv998 enforces a strict 21+ age gate and may require identity verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle to confirm your date of birth. Providing false age information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on bv998. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. bv998 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and permanently ban the associated individual.

2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and maintain that information throughout the duration of your Account. bv998 is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect information submitted by the User.

2.4 Registration for Personal Use Only. You may only register and use a bv998 Account for your own personal, recreational entertainment. Registering on behalf of a third party, a business entity, or a syndicate is prohibited.

3 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Security of Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bv998 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify bv998 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. bv998 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the User has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

3.3 Account Activity. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, including bets placed, games played, and withdrawals requested. bv998 will treat all instructions received through your Account as authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach in advance.

3.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. bv998 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its prevailing fee schedule, which will be communicated to Users via the email address registered on their Account prior to any deduction being made.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Approved Methods. bv998 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through Approved Payment Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, Visa, and Mastercard. You may only use payment instruments that are registered in your own name. Use of a third-party payment account is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Currency. All transactions on bv998 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to PKR deposits or withdrawals. If a payment instrument processes in a different currency, the exchange rate and associated fees are the sole responsibility of the User and their financial institution.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction within your Account dashboard. bv998 reserves the right to revise these limits without prior notice, subject to communicating changes through the platform.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and account review. bv998 aims to process withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within one (1) to four (4) business hours during operational periods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. bv998 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds declarations. These requests are made in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and must be satisfied before the withdrawal can be released.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Placement. A bet is considered accepted and binding only once bv998 has confirmed the bet via an on-screen confirmation and a corresponding entry appears in the User's bet history. In the event of a technical malfunction during bet placement, the bet will be void and any staked amount will be returned to the User's Account balance.

5.2 Odds and Markets. Odds displayed on the bv998 sportsbook are subject to change at any time up to the point of bet acceptance. bv998 displays odds in decimal format. It is the User's sole responsibility to verify odds before confirming a bet. bv998 is not liable for losses arising from the User's failure to review displayed odds prior to bet confirmation.

5.3 Bet Cancellation. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by bv998, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User except where bv998 explicitly offers a cash-out or early settlement feature for a specific market, and only within the parameters of that feature.

5.4 Voided Bets. bv998 reserves the right to void any bet — without prior notice — where: (a) the bet was placed on an event that was cancelled or abandoned; (b) there was a manifest pricing error; (c) the bet was placed after the event or period to which it relates had already concluded; or (d) bv998 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet forms part of fraudulent or prohibited wagering activity.

5.5 Maximum Winnings. Maximum payout limits per bet and per event may apply and are communicated within the specific sport or market rules accessible from the bv998 sportsbook interface. bv998 reserves the right to restrict maximum stake amounts for individual Users based on account history and risk assessment.

5.6 Live In-Play Betting. Live in-play betting markets are offered subject to technical availability. During live betting, markets may be suspended at any time without notice. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided. Results for in-play markets are settled using official data from governing bodies and tournament organisers.

6 Casino & Games

6.1 Game Availability. The bv998 casino library, including live dealer tables, video slots, and bingo rooms, is provided in partnership with certified third-party game studios. Game availability may vary by product update, provider licensing, or technical maintenance. bv998 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific game title.

6.2 RNG Certification. All RNG-based games available on bv998 are sourced from game providers whose software is tested and certified for fairness and statistical randomness by independent testing laboratories. bv998 does not operate its own game engine. The published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the respective provider and are available within the game information panel.

6.3 Malfunction. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or server error that interrupts an active game round, the relevant game round will be voided and any staked amount will be credited back to the User's Account. bv998 is not liable for any consequential loss arising from a game malfunction, including notional winnings that might have been achieved had the malfunction not occurred.

6.4 Bingo Rules. Specific rules governing bv998's Go Goal Bingo product, including ticket prices, prize pool structures, and draw schedules, are published within the bingo lobby. Those rules form part of these Terms and are incorporated herein by reference.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Eligibility. Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Users as specified in the terms of each individual promotion. bv998 reserves the right to determine User eligibility for any bonus at its sole discretion. Users who have previously self-excluded or who are subject to account restrictions are not eligible to participate in promotional offers.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific offer) must be wagered before any derived winnings become withdrawable as Real Money Funds. Wagering requirements and any game contribution weightings are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. bv998 has systems in place to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to the exploitation of promotional offers through low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies, coordination between multiple accounts, or the use of artificial wagering patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk. Users found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided, associated winnings forfeited, and accounts terminated.

7.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds and any associated free spins or credits carry an expiry date as stated in the specific promotion terms. Unclaimed or unexpired bonuses that remain in a User's Account at the point of account closure will be forfeited without compensation.

7.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. bv998 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time, including after a bonus has been credited to a User's Account, where bv998 determines that the promotion has been misused or where a manifest error occurred in the promotion terms.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Commitment. bv998 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its User base. We provide a range of self-management tools accessible directly from within your Account settings to help you maintain control over your gambling activity.

8.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Users without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each login session before the system logs you out automatically.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you are permitted to lose within a defined rolling period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bv998 and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the bv998 platform.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
• Using bv998 Services while under the age of 21.
• Using payment instruments registered in a name other than your own.
• Attempting to circumvent platform security measures, including rate limiting, IP restrictions, or device fingerprinting.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, manifest pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider information betting, or any form of sports manipulation.
• Laundering funds or using bv998 as a conduit for any financial transaction connected to criminal activity.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening bv998 staff or other Users via any communication channel.
• Colluding with other Users in casino games, particularly live poker, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Accessing bv998 from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by local law, using a VPN or proxy service to mask your true geographic location.

10 Intellectual Property

10.1 Ownership. All content on the bv998 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, design elements, text, graphics, game interfaces, and data — is the proprietary property of bv998 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 Limited Licence. bv998 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content.

10.3 User Content. By submitting any feedback, comments, or content to bv998 through any channel, you grant bv998 a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and incorporate such content into the platform or its communications without further obligation to you.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability. bv998 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical incidents, third-party provider outages, and force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions. bv998 will not be liable for losses arising from platform unavailability.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bv998 excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if bv998 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 Cap on Liability. Where bv998's liability to a User cannot be fully excluded by law, bv998's aggregate liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds held in the User's Account at the time the cause of action arose.

11.4 No Warranty. The bv998 platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by bv998. bv998 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a User's Account at any time, with or without notice, where: (a) the User has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) bv998 suspects fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity; (c) regulatory or legal obligations require account closure; or (d) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the platform's integrity or to other Users.

12.2 Termination by User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting bv998 support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal settlement rules and resulting Real Money Funds credited to your final withdrawal.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure, all unused Bonus Funds and associated promotional credits are immediately forfeited. Real Money Funds remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the User via their last verified withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any applicable identity verification requirements.

13 Amendments

13.1 Right to Amend. bv998 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at bv998.bio/terms-conditions with a revised effective date.

13.2 Notification. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantively affect User rights or obligations — bv998 will provide advance notice via the email address registered on your Account or via a platform notification, allowing you a reasonable period to review the changes before they take effect.

13.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of the bv998 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended provision, you must cease using the platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 12.2.
